Utility Bill, Municipality Letter, Rental/Lease Agreement. For those who do not own or rent property; provide a sworn affidavit, ID copy as well as proof of address from the owner or contracted resident of the address.

Bank statement
‍(Dated within the last 3 months) reflecting the following information: Banks name, Banks logo Bank stamp (dated within the last 90 days), Account-holders full name as per ID, Residential address, Account number / IBANSwift code (if international), At least some transaction history.

• Any form of unfair trading practices, fraudulent, or illegal activities related to trading.

Please be advised that the minimum deposit for our Micro, Standard, and Bonus accounts is $5, while for the Swap Free account, it is $100

For bank wire withdrawals the minimum is R100, however for crypto withdrawals the minimum is 0.00020 for BTC and 0.010 for ETH.

No, there is no limit to how much clients can withdraw! 

Please be advised that our goal is to process withdrawal requests through our back office within 24 hours. However, for withdrawals made via Crypto, bank wire, or credit/debit card, the standard processing time frame typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

We process withdrawals to the following banks outside of South Africa:

• Standard bank Namibia
• Bank Windhoek
• Nedbank Namibia

All other international clients will need to request their withdrawals to a regulated crypto exchange wallet in either BTC or ETH
